Hi All:

Just signed AYP up for Twitter today. Not sure exactly what we will do with it, but we will think of something. Inner silence knows...

If you are on Twitter (or not?), you can find AYP here: http://twitter.com/#!/AYPYoga
We need "followers" who can help share AYP (or "AYPYoga" as it is called on Twitter) with the tweeting world. I have put two initial tweets up there.

If there are any Twitter experts here, tips on making the best use of it will be appreciated.

The Twitter link has been added in the "Communities" section near the bottom of the left border of the AYP website and forums.

AYP has been fairly active on Facebook for several years, thanks to the efforts of many volunteers. That is also linked near the bottom of the left border of the AYP website. Here is the link: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk...p_5568732835

About a week ago "Tweet" and Facebook "Like" and "Send" buttons were added in the top border of every AYP forum topic page. I hope to add these to the AYP lessons also, once the technical aspects have been worked out. So, if you like something on AYP, you can easily share it on these social networking services.

For several years, we also have had the "Share This Page" (AddThis.com) feature in the "Communities" section in the bottom left border. That one enables you to share AYP pages on hundreds of networking sites.

You can also see links in the bottom left border for AYP on Youtube (quite active), LinkedIn and MySpace.

Doing our best to keep up with the fast-moving social networking world. Many thanks to all who have been helping make it happen. Without you, very few would know about AYP.

The guru is in you.

Hi All:

Since signing AYP up for Twitter a few weeks ago, 70+ "tweets" have been done, mostly linking to AYP lessons of interest. They are all listed on the AYPYoga profile on Twitter.

In addition, we have been able to begin mirroring AYPYoga tweets in real time to our newly refurbished Facebook page, as well as to the AYP on LinkedIn and MySpace pages. So all tweets from here can be seen on multiple social networking pages.

Links to AYP on these social networking pages can now be found at the top of any AYP website or forum page (little square icons), along with the "Share This Page" feature mentioned in the post above.

Feel free to share your favorite pages from AYP ... and follow, friend or like us on any social networking service you may be a member of. Every little bit helps to make AYP more visible around the world, so those who can benefit can find us.

It should also be mentioned that a Twitter widget has been added on the AYP website that displays in real time the last 30 AYP lesson tweets. A link to it has been added at the top of the "Key Lessons" links in the left border here, or you can find it with this direct link.

So, after a lot of foot-dragging here, it looks like AYP has finally joined the social networking revolution.

Thanks for all help in sharing the spiritual tools and practitioner support we have here.

All the best!

The guru is in you.

More and more borders dissolve through the help of a technical grid(Internet) that "emulates" so to speak a consciousness grid that connects all humanity. And now the real time aspect comes more into play through the social network features and the ability to use it with mobile phones wherever you are.
One day we will do it without the technical devices.
Oh wondrous times....
