i've been having accupuncture on my shoulders recently and it's sent me into a kundalini overload.

the whole emotional uproar thing, plus hearing voices again.

i've started using the male part of my mantra and it's had an immediate and powerful effect, it's made me more me :)

i reccomend this as a weapon against kundalini running wild over our past karma and enlivening it such that it brings great suffering
