Hi,

I've started practicing Kundalini Maha Yoga with good effect for a variety of reasons.

I seem to remember complaining of intense kundalini experiences which were making me feel quite unwell,

Anyway i had this intense experience when kundalini went to my crown and bliss and ecstasy met and now i'm not having any energy experiences at all.

I'm grounded and feeling clarity and my emotion has clarified too, with only a little trouble with thoughts that bring me down, which i'm gradually dealing with.

My desire has dropped too, I just don't need to buy stuff.

I still have a long way to go, and i'm asking for more every day with my practice.

I just hope all these people on this site manage to balance their symptoms and make safe progress.

Joe

When your nervous system evolves sufficiently due to healthy,
whole body practices, kundalini can unfold again and again,
to ever deeper layers, and as long as your nervous system stays
ahead of it, you won't notice a thing, except for more bliss,
and more sidhis. But I'd igore the siddhis; the only siddhis worth anything are calm, compassion and kind service.

If you base your personal happiness on the "phenomenal" surges,
you will be trapped in delusion forever. Slow and steady wins the
(not a) race.
