Back to the subject at hand, I just remembered this beautiful saying by a dear friend whom words usually untie them tied knots for me i.e. finishes the Job.

The ego is included in the "something" of Atmananda. Forget about the ego, for a while, let it be there. Be who you are in the presence of the ego, which is nothing but residues of ignorance.
