i have a stong inclination for Bhakti and Kirtan chanting....before doing the morning and evening meditation in a corner in my room, i like to bow down on my knees out of devotion and surrender to pictures of Swami Sivananda ,Swami Chidananda,Ramana Maharshi ,
Anandamayi Ma, Siva Nataraj etc...

this morning while i was down on my knees , i realized that those Gurus are One...me and Them are One....and that i am bowing to the Self in me

Glory to the Self who is inside and outside, to the left and to the right, above and below....everywhere...
