whenever i fell myself going with the flow....ie doing but Not doing...i remember in english grammar ( and arabic grammar too)the passive tense...
ex:i ate the apple
passive tense:the apple was eaten...
similarly when i go with the flow...i feel the following: work was done....the car was driven...the asanas class was given....etc....
complete inner harmony...doing BUT NOT doing...i do not exist...He alone exists... HE is the doer...
