I had a bit of an awakening of kundalini recently and i could not focus her onto my third eye, she went straight to me crown, I thought it was going to be terrible, but fortunatly the crown responded with moving the shiva energy down and merged the two energies.
it was a very nice experience but i'm going to concentrate of the third eye still.
