Does daily meditation build on itself, like an investment?
Meaning, say i meditate daily for a year and ahve great results, and quit for a few months and come back to it. Will i be starting over? Or did my previous work accumulate somehow?
Yes, there is an accumulation of effects with consistent daily meditation practice. There will be some loss of effects with extended periods of non-practice, but how much will depend on how much accumulated effect there was previously.
