Those annoying involuntary mouth movements caused by energy active in my throat chakra changed. The energy shifted to become something like a ring that facilitated the drawing up of energy from my root chakra and seemed to focus it into my third- eye chakra, adding considerable to the intensity of the bliss that can be generated by energy flowing through that circuit.
