Please help me clarify what is the actual trace path for spinal breathing.

In the spinal breathing section
"
with each rising inhalation of the breath, allow your attention to travel upward inside a tiny thread, or tube, you visualize beginning at your perineum, continuing up through the center of your spine, and up through the stem of your brain to the center of your head. At the center of your head the tiny nerve makes a turn forward to the point between your eyebrows
"

When it says at the center, does the tube follow the path traced in blue or the red.

I made a crude doodle to explain it.

Thank you
Nilesh

The tube - when it reaches the head - actually travels more in the center of the head, up along the medulla oblongata (brain stem) and then the fork happens in the middle of the head at the top of the pituitary gland...before the thalamus:

http://www.sacredluna.com/manifesting-process.html (this image of the brain in profile was the best I could find right now)

So..... the fork looks more like the letter L with the vertical line going out the crown and the horisontal line going forward reaching out through the Ajna (3rd eye).

All the best and welcome to the forum

Hi Katrine,
Thank you very much. I was so wrong in my visualization but it was somewhat easy for me to do the boundary trace. For e.g to stimulate the trace i would just scratch it lightly (with my finger nail) through the center and then remember the feeling of the scratch.

I will change my visualization path.

Nilesh
