I did a little cosmic Samyama over the past four days to introduce a little more stability into my other practices.

I saw a vision of a chakra opening.

I was purified head to toe with it's energy

My first thought was that it was the universal chakra.

It's been a real break through this evening :)

has anyone else experiences chakras on the earthly or cosmic level?
