Greetings,

I have recently felt this strong urge to include 'Thanks' or 'Gratitude' in the list of Samayama sutras. I found the effect of the Sutra very peaceful.

Am curious if anyone has any similar experiences to share ?

Hi Ayamer,

I use the usual nine AYP sutras - Love, Radiance, Unity, Health, Strength, Abundance, Wisdom, Inner Sensuality & Akasha. I do the 'thanks' usually before Akasha.
