Can these two system complement each other? or are they opposed?

I know there is the whole water path(tai chi) vs. fire path(ayp) debate that would say they contradict each other.

I'm feeling a bit imbalanced and tai chi seems like it might help. Can these two approaches be practiced together in harmony?

I believe Yogani said somewhere that he practices/practiced Tai Chi..... I can't say from personal experience as I have never done it myself, but from the perspective here, as long as you are diligent in watching for overload, Tai Chi seems like it could be a great adjunct to AYPractices.

Love!

Thanks Carson,

And no need to reply to this message. I simply did a search and literally found dozens of references. Thanks!
