I am looking for advice on an asana to add to a routine. Basically I am mixing kundalini yoga as taught by yogi bhajam and then after doing the AYP asanas. Reason is to wake the body up a bit as at times it feels lethargic. so to start doing pelvic rocks matched with the breath. This is lying on the back knees up and fett near the but while rocking the pelvis. then leg circles. Lying on the floor, legs up at ninety degrees and circle one way, then switch to the other way. now here is where I am looking for a posture as i want to do something to target the navel center, also at times lately this is where I feel an energy blockage but the block is a little higher up just under the ribcage. so after the two asanas listed I then sit in rock pose, arms level with the shoulders, elbows out to the side while hand are pointing forward. matching with the breath of fire fist some together and then go back, from there some neck rolls and then on to the ayp asana starter kit.

so any suggestion on what to add for the navel center in the first half of the sequence? thanks
