namaste friends,

just doing some sharing and if some one has been here i'd appreciate any input.

recently things have been progressing spiritually in a good way but something weird has been happening.

i feel a great presence a great love whenever i think about God and all the other bhakti stuff but on the other hand i am serving helping when i can but the flow to do that stuff to do karma yoga has been becoming much less this last month.

plus the desire to do things in general to be enlightened to merge in That to identify with anything and to keep on living even (but not in a suicidal way i am not depressed) all of that is being dropped and i am doing my work my social stuff just for the sake of doing it.

all of this is being replaced by a new desire a bhakti for nothingness for being desireless a desire for total non being.

Yoganiji told me that it was a phase and that it might last for a while... i'll let go and let God there's nothing else i can do anyways hehehehe

Hi ananda,

Your post made me remember a post I wrote before on the bhakti for nothingness. I have a different angle on it than you, but it's still that nudging longing for non-being...

hi emc, that's one very beautiful topic thank you. and i really liked Shweta's saying "nothing to do but relax".

i realize that this is just another phase, change is always happening here i used to bully people at a certain point of my teen years and look where i am now i cry and my heart melts for stuff... well let's just stop all the labeling we need to really relax let go and let sweet God take over... in the end it's all just scenery nothing we can do but practice daily and live on...

namaste dear emc and much much love to you my sweet sister (H)

this sort of realization is really funny.

it's nothingness yet it's everywhere in life in love, fun, misery, suffering in everything... and in a weird way embracing nothingness is inviting more love and joy to your life in a way... which makes it a paradox and as dear old Yogani says "if it's a paradox then it must be right"

i am still a beginner in all this stuff and it's one hell of an ongoing party, really makes me wonder at what heights Yogani's state is.

forever in gratitude for you Yoganiji(fff)

namaste

Hi Ananda:

The higher we go, the more in the trenches we are with everyone else. And that is exactly how it is supposed to be.

The guru is in you.
