First of all, thanks to all of you for participating in this forum and sharing your experiences. They have helped me to forge ahead despite occasional discomfort and fears about where these energetic experiences lead.
This morning I sat reading the paper and sipping coffee with the beautific energy in my crown, third eye and root pulsing and twirling with a new power. I came inside and sat with them. As I focused upon my third eye, the churning at my root shifted from the anus area directly to the root chakra. I new instantly that this was the beginning, only the beginning, of the controlled rising of kundalini energy. It is magnificent. While I can't tell how long it will last at its present degree of beauty and magnificence, and I long for permanent sanctity within the unshakeable silent peace I so desperately crave and have, at least for awhile, the chance to live, I have to let everyone know that I know it is not something "I" did myself. It is the truth that Yogani has shared and the support of the people who share their experience and knowledge of this almost nameless process that I have reached this stage. And I haven't even done my morning meditation yet.
