Hi everyone,
For sometime now I have been aware of something; a presence around me and sometimes I have the notion of something watching me (I´m not paranoid!)
Sometimes I see out of the corner of my eye like a shadow or movement,
and when I turn to look, there is nothing there.
Has anyone had experience wih this? I look forward to your replies, as this is something that interests me much.

Hi Nirmal,
Many here have experienced similar things. Yogani talks about this in his "Spinal Breathing" book. It is what he calls higher beings and lower beings.

Hi nirmal,i have had very close simmilar experiences.
All i can say is that it happens due to spiritual practices and the best option is to let it go and remain open. |

| Yep ! If it's lower beings, I ignore them and they go away after a while; if higher beings, I stop to bask in their energy.. joy and beauty. |

Could it be nosey neighbors or a detective?
Its more likely a purification of inner fears but I am no expert. Sometimes it seems that having a calm mind is like a muscle that needs to be developed with time and practice and that we may be full of fears rational or irrational that can come to surface when we attempt inner silence. |
