I noticed after adding Navi kriya,uddiyana-nauli and chin pump, I am experiencing frequent bowl moment and I feel there is kind of void feeling in my stomach ie in solar plex area..anybody here had similar experiences?

It is a dynamic version of uddiyana bandha (abdominal lock), and consists of twirling the abdominal muscles, first in one direction, and then the other.
