Should a practicioner take up the additional practice of Yoni Mudra, if he/she still cannot perceive any tangible sensations of ecstatic conductivity???
I have been doing 10 minutes of SBP and 20 minutes of DM for several months and feel absolutely nothing going "energy-wise" within me.
In other words, is the generation of tangible ecstatic conductiviity a pre-requisite or indication that a person can procede to Yoni mudra?

Hi, you can add it if you're stable in the practices you're doing. Remember that there is delayed effect with kumbhaka and even if nothing seems to be happening on the surface, things are progressing below, so be sure not to overdo and wait a reasonable amount of time before adding more of energy stimulating practices. Self-pace as necessary. It is also good to do add a short session of asanas before sitting practices to stimulate and balance energy.
The process will take over as it sees fit, and it will :)
Take care.
