I wanted to take this moment and really thank all of those who added me to their healing Samyama...
I sustained an injury to my upper back, compression fractures and slipped disk, and have been in excrutiating pain...yet the doctor comments that it will take up to 12 weeks to heal, but I'm only 3 weeks or so "in" and already experiencing significant healing and relief.
I've also learned so much about my "inner workings" during this time. I will comment more when I can sit for longer at the computer to write...but, seriously, THANK YOU everyone...Samyama has made ALL the difference~!
