Hi All:

Q: U may may post this in forum.
Read you book Tantra best definition of Bhramcharya preservation and cultivation of sexual energy after all Bharma is creator. Ordered almost all your books.

I had radical(total) removal of prostrate last year.It was cancer but it all gone t Now I finally get erections ( with Viagra) main question is I have NO ejaculate with orgasms all dry. As no prostrate and sperms can-not come up as seminal vesicles all tied up. They die in testis. So where do I fit with preservation of Shukra and transformation to Ojas -Tejas and in Tantric practices. Now am I naturally conserving sexual energy as nothing comes out even with genital orgasm.

Also have lot of problems with urinary incontinence and impotency, bladder and urethra pain etc etc.. All this was not supposed to happen. I guess this is life..

Now can you please recommend any specific yogic practices to help with the healing above problems , of Urinary system of the second chakra related organs.

A: Sperm does not play a significant role in tantric sex. There have been cases documented in the AYP forums where vasectomy has no effect on the awakening of ecstatic conductivity. Whether prostatic fluid does or not has not been reported on to date. I doubt it will make a difference, as the energy is still in the system and will find its way where it needs to go with yoga practices engaged. There are many with physically compromised body parts who are not impaired spiritually. That is because it has more to do with bhakti and cultivating abiding inner silence than anything. All else follows from that, including the natural emergence of the ecstatic component.

That said, I see no reason why you could not practice pre-orgasmic sex with the holdback technique in whatever sexual lifestyle you are drawn to. The brahmacharya effect would still be present -- the preservation and cultivation of sexual energy.

Regarding healing, time will bring things back into balance, as long as you "self-pace" your practices and life. Be sure to take it easy and not press too hard. It is time to heal. Obviously, you should also seek additional medical advice as needed. You may wish to sign up for the global group meditation and healing samyama program, where healing assistance is available. Many participants have reported postive results.

With your permission, I will post your question and my comments in the Tantra category of the support forums, and perhaps there will be additional views on this.

All the best!

The guru is in you.
