I did an internal wash but only used one teaspoon for each quart of water. The water did not flush out as described in the practice by yogani, is this probably because too little salt as it is suggested two teaspoons instead of the One that I used? thanks Neil

funny that I asked this question. Yogani and others say two teaspoons for a quart, I used one (trying to go on memory) and then I ask why did it not work as prescribed. SOme questions are dumb, this was one of those. later Brother Neil
