I do Yoga 5 to 6 times a week, 12 minutes of spinal breathing twice a day, 20 Meditation twice a day, as well a other pranayama (alternate breathing. Kapalabhati, Bhastrka, Bhramri) I begun to have strange sensations in my head. Hard to describe. Like my brain had lots of energy. Also just had a complete physical to rule out illness. I just cut back on all practices. Does anyone have any comments or suggestions.

Welcome Patrick333.

Cutting back on practice time is a good idea. You have too much pranayama in your routine I think. How long have you been practicing AYP/Yoga? Also, watch out for delayed overloading with Brahmari.

Do stuff to ground yourself, like walking, running, exercise. Eat heavier and stay away from spiritual books, songs and stuff you find inspiring till this energy settles down a bit. Whenever you realize you are caught in your head, bring your awareness down to your heart.

Also, being consistent with your practices is important. So if for any reason you cannot do a full practice on a certain day, just do a quick session... even 2 min spinal breathing and 5-10 min meditation is better than none at all. Check these lessons for some tips on how to fit your practices into a busy schedule:
