Hi,
I was wondering... has anybody here has ever taken the "Art of Living" Part 1 course by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar? Here is a link to their website: http://www.artofliving.org
Is it a good course? What benefits did you get out of it? Is there a meditation component to it? Would you recommend it to anyone?

Thanks.
:)

Hi TI....

The Art of Living Foundation has been mentioned a few times on the forum.... see this thread here: http://www.aypsite.org/forum/topic....arshan+kriya
or do a search for "sudarshan kriya" for other results.

Hope this helps.

Love,
Carson

Hi Carson :)
Thanks. I didn't realize that it has "Art of Living process includes spinal breathing, bhastrika, bandhas, mudra pranayama, and Sudarshan Kriya. "
I'm trying to find local same-minded people, so I thought this might be a place to start...

:)
TI
