After meditation and pranayama, I've discovered that I am really sensitive to starting a new yoga activity. I could only do one cycle of pranayama when I first started but was eventually able to increase it.

I was going to start asanas with 1 posture for a while. My question is whether I should just do the "spinal twist" or whether I should rotate threw the 4 postures in the compact routine?
