I have a question I really need help with, I dont want to ask this question publicly. What can I do.
I am new to AYP but have been following various yoga practices for 15+years.

Hi lucilledweck.....

Well, you can post 4 more times and then you will be able to private message other AYP members who you think may be able to help. Other then that, I am not sure if there is any other way. I will send you a private email right away here and I can forward it on to someone who can help if I can't myself. Hope this will suffice.
