Since two days ago I started having pimples or rashes on my face. I had this energy movements on my right side and I felt some lite pain on my right side only. But since yesterday I got blisters inside of my upper lips and inside nose (all on right side only).So since yesterday I did self spacing and didn't do any sadhana at all.Well I am in pain to do any work also and couldn't talk becaz of this blisters.Is this kind of purification or is it kundalini showing up or Am I doing anything wrong in my Practice? I usually do Some lite yoga and then our AYP stuff along with nauli,navi kriya,chin pump.
