The highest secret teaching is:
There is no highest secret teaching.
The great (completely open) "secret" is that awareness is a unified field, containing diverse appearances and fluctuations.
The "path" to enlightenment is the path of dropping all the conceptual barriers which prevent the living experiencing of this reality.
That's it.
Once this is complete, it's a matter of fully jumping into living enlightenment, as opposed to continuing to wait around in the dreams of doubt which say that someday it will happen, or that someone or something outside you can give it to you.
Enlightenment is just knowing-living the reality of how consciousness-awareness actually is; that's it.
If you want an open source resource for all of this, a resource that (un)covers the breadth and depth of the wisdom traditions of the world .... well, that's why we have AYP.
AYP Works.
All the way.
There's nothing, anywhere else, that's not offered here.
It all boils down to:
How ready are you to be done with the dream?
If your answer is "all the way", nothing can slow you down, or stop you; there's nothing to wait for; there's no one different from you, to give it to you.
Just jump in.
The only block to enlightenment is the concept that it's not here, right now.
Anything that's not right here, right now, is a concept - and therefore, unreal.
Enlightenment is real.
Enlightenment is all that's real.
Enlightenment is reading these words.
Rest easy, be happy; have fun; and love all you are, as all you are.
That is all.
And so are you.

Heart Is Your Own Unified Awareness
Heart Is Who You Are, Freed From The Tyranny of Conditioned Thought
Release All Concepts, and Celebrate The Wholeness.

.....But you'll never get rich or feel super-special like this, Kirtanman. You got to make it all complicated and secret, ever more layers of secretness, always just beyond reach, and turn it into CDs and courses and stuff, and sell 'em for a bomb, and wear special clothes/hair/hats/expressions, and have a very long unpronouncable name, and sit on a bigger chair than anyone else, and have lots of other people following you around with hands clasped and serious faces. O no, you haven't got the hang of this at all. Anyone would think you could get it by just looking at a flower!

PPS Kirtanman, very true.
PPPS Simply relaxing in the natural loving awareness with no sensual attachment or conceptual fixations is the best meditation. The best yoga is simply letting the winds become still with meditation. Asking the enlightened masters of the past for their blessings and protection doesn't hurt and greatly accelerates the process of purification and helps one overcome the hordes of maras obstacles. Meditating on love for every living being is a big boost too. Being humble and respecting other people's traditions is sort of essential. When our own views are challenged, it's better not to get upset. One's challenges are the guru. Trying to learn from other's experiences greatly enhances our own understanding, especially from those who greatly oppose us and try to obstruct us. You have not entered the path until all the highs and lows taste like bliss. |

Well for me, the highs taste like high and the lows taste like low, and it doesn't matter a jot. I used to want everything to be bliss, but then I realised I was what I sought already....I became the bliss and so couldn't taste it any more, and the highs went back to tasting high, and the lows went back to tasting low, only now it didn't matter. I must've taken a wrong turning somewhere.

Hi All,
Thanks for the kind words; I'm glad this post/thread is resonating so positively, with so many.
We're all in this together, "together" including the teachings of truth which have been preserved and articulated via all the wisdom traditions of the world -- and the teachers within and outside of those traditions, who have dedicated their lives, and in some cases given their lives ... that we may each and all have the maps and guides to truth that we have.
Truth is simple ... whether it is articulated in Sanskrit, Tibetan or English (or any other language).
Limited ego-mind literally can't understand truth/reality; it is neither qualified nor capable; it's the 10% of the iceberg above the surface, thinking that what it can see is all there is - and (therefore) acknowledging neither the 90% of its iceberg-self that's below the surface, nor the ocean from which it arose, and from which comes the material of its inherent essence.
Actual highest teachings -- available in/from all major wisdom traditions -- are simplicity itself; a simplicity which is clearly and joyously realized when enough attachment of attention to the conditioning of the body-mind is released (meaning: when enough inner silence is experienced).
Only conceptual ego-mind can make that which is simple, true and real ... this that we actually are ... into complex concepts, reserved for an exclusive few.
Paramhamsa Nithyananda said: "You will suffer until the suffering teaches you."
We will be mired in complexity, until the complexity teaches us.
We will be mired in debate, until the debate teaches us.
Delusions of duality will pull us in, until we (awareness itself) is willing ... truly willing ... to recognize inherent wholeness.
Nothing divisive or complex has the least reality to it.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.

Know you're whole; know you're home; know you're wholeness; know you're AUM.
It all gets *really* fun and interesting, once you do!!
