Hi Yogani, are you still here?

I use to perform the easy-pose(normal crossed leg) to meditate. While that im stilly chanting the "I AM" mantra, should i do it like the "So Ham" mantra? Like, while inspires chant the "I" as long as it takes and when expires chant the "AM" as long as it takes?
Other question, to keep me erect in this pose i notice i use the legs muscles, if i relax it i slowly begin to hump my column. Is that normal(to use leg muscles) or with practice im going to invigorate insomuch my back muscles that i ll be able to relax my leg muscles without curve my column?
Anyone?

Thanks

Hi ZionMe:

No, AYP deep meditation with the I AM mantra is not like So Ham meditation. It is internal (not oral), and is not with the breath. It is recommended to sit comfortably for minimum distraction. For most people that is with back support, and legs either not crossed or crossed, whichever is comfortable.

It is suggested to review the lessons on deep meditation from the beginning in the main lessons linked in the top menu.

The guru is in you.
