A deeply respected Rabbi and his wife were slain in the recent terrorist shootings in Mumbai, India; a loving couple who opened their home to all -- simply, all --- and dedicated their lives to the uplifting of consciousness, the opening of love.
You can imagine how anyone, especially a deeply religious Jew like Matisyahu might respond to that.
Or maybe you can't.
I sure couldn't.

Thanks KM. Beautiful song.
I love this website.. Wow what a collection of songs. And so much better and faster than listening to songs on YouTube. Original sound tracks.. so not the scratchy sounds of illegal or live versions (recorded on cell phones )of the songs. They have it all.. the songs my kids listen to along with Krishna Das, Jai Uttal, and most of the kirtan singers, along with Jason Mraz and Tolle, Byron Katie. Anything I looked for so far, is available there (including my favorite song ), except Yogani. Maybe we need to find a way to put Yogani's audio recordings from YouTube and/or Yogani's radio interviews out there? Yogani? Trip? |
