today was doing some self inquiry practices with a partner and was able to notice where the energy was. Say one thing and feel it in the head, then another feel it deeper in the belly, feel some just above heart center, feel some from heart center, etc.... also noticed how the energy would get stuck in a place and how it would free up
interesting observations

Hi brother neil, were you focusing on your chakras? I'm currently practicing a meditation system called the Shiva Process in which you try and recognize emotions held in the navel, heart, throat, and third eye chakras. It seems like it is very similar to what you are doing.

it was more like the absence of focus, just watching and very lightly being able to more it around.
