I prefer to do samyama while laying down. Ill lay down in my bed for a couple of minutes after meditation and then start samyama. I find that laying down I am more comfortable and more relaxed and it goes better for me then in a seated position. Is this ok?
Whatever works for you des022. Meditation or Samyama is recommended to be done sitting or at least propped up a bit with cushions in my own case neither seem to work very well laying down but hey if thats the best way for you go for it.
