I Dont really know any tantric sex techniques. But I tried simple Dianism(Solo) without incoperating any asana or mudra. I do it with higher spiritual thoughts(like Non-dualising and identifying the whole act and pleasure with the Whole self) in mind which I think will help me to overcome the old tendencies and attitude of mind towards sex and help me continue in celibacy without any sexual frustration. I think when I concentrate on sexual energy and the thoughts simultaneously the sex energy will flow to the corresponding brain circuits and change the old arrangements. But I am not at all sure and confident about the act. am I doing right or something wrong?. Will it help me or Damage? I do it normally lying down. I also concentrate on my crown.
Hi Yogibear, thanks for the reply I have read almost every lessons from there. They are all very helpful. But I haven't got the answer i have been looking for. May be because my question is very personal. May be I need to find the answer by myself by self experiments.
