why do I say I am peace, I am love, I am joy at the end of my postings now? we can choose to focus on whatever aspects of ourselves we want to, free will? for a lot of my life I focused on shortcomings and what I focues on that is what I expoanded in. in the universe and in our bodies most of the time we expand or contract, not many things stay idle. The heart expands and contracts it's whole life. So not I am choosing to expand in love and contract in negativity. but these are empty words when just the word is said in my opinion.
For each word I have a mental picture. when I say I am peace, the mental picture that comes to mind was a day where I had given a homeless kitty some food while waiting at the bus stop in costa rica, It can still picture it licking its paw and using it to wipe its face. co cute that cat was, a peaceful moment. at that moment I was peace
when I asay I am joy, I remember the day where I went to the park and was upset. I sat under a tree and then went for a walk by the lake with my shoes off. after I left I was pumping gas and I felt joyous, for no reason at all. Joyous just pumping gas, joyous just to be alive. at that moment I was joy
when I say I am love I picture myself holding a friends hand and having tears come down my eyes because of her struggles, I felt love for her and wanted the best for her and I just sat with her in her time of need. at that moment I was love
I say my prayers at least twice a day and sometimes I use many more words then this, all with a mental picture, today I probably used twenty words, all things I wish to expand it. My prayers do not fous on what I was but rather focus on what I am expanding in. when you expand in love/light, the darkness falls away with no effort to eliminate darkness.

as a great being once said "the kingdom of god lies within you" I am greatful for the teachings of many for they have helped me to realize, I have the power
