Hi All:

We sometimes quote the writings of others in our posts. This is fine as long as it relates to our discussions on spiritual practices and experiences, and we follow the posting guidelines for copyrighted material.

Sometimes quotes are being formatted in ways that make it difficult to tell what is quoted material and what is written by the person posting.

Please make sure to clearly identify material you are quoting by using quotation marks, the quote icon function, or a different color than the rest of your post. These edit functions can be found at the top of the "reply to topic" window and the "edit topic" window.

If quoted material is not clearly identified, such posts may not be approved.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

All the best!

The guru is in you.
