was wondering if anyone has tried that while spinal breathing?
Maybe to have one little "node" of awareness go up the spine, and another down, and have them sort of "cross" in the middle. They sorta become "one" or something in the middle, I'm not sure if it matters if they intersect. Dunno if they cross or bounce off each other, they just kinda meet at the heart.
Anyone heard of any techniques like this? It's a little tricky I guess, getting the "dual" awareness going haha ( :o, and then it's gone haha). Seems like it could help for balancing, it's got like an auto, up is the same as down built in. I'm really not sure how safe this is though, was just thinking of it... tried it out basically while typing this haha. I like the symbolic meaning at least. Everything I know is there... haha.
