1 fear 2 hate 3 anger 4 and things that bind us to this earth, like pain want need individuality and regret etc. 5 and the thing you want most in this world
the next is done whole taking small breath in the nose while letting it out fast through the nose
imagine the biggest heaviest brightest white circle and jump into it let it surround you with each breath you take.
the last is simply let your self float up where you need to go i often find my self in paradise of heaven when i do this.
this works best when its done in junction of breath yoga and mediation.
