This is a new thing that I'm just ingratiating myself with.

It's very similar to the Sedona Method if anyone
s familiar with that. But it's a lot simpler.

Anyway, the guy who created it is named Eugene Grenlin a psychotherapist.

The therapy consists of just sitting comfortably wherever and becoming aware of your bodily sensations. Then you tune in to either different bodily sensations or variosu issues in your life and allow them to speak to you instead of constantly talking about them in your head. It's all about developing a healthy relationship with you body. It's good because it helps you stop making faulty conclusions and assumptions as well as calmply asociationg yourself to what's really going on.

Better than the sedona method because the sedona method is too much in your head, at least to me. when i did it it just seemed like i was constantly struggling to let go of stuff which i wasn't satisfied with.
