I have been practicing the deep meditaation for a bit more than month and had some nice results with it.

Now things evolved and gotten much more complicated and I have no idea what to do... I have already read the deep meditation book and the forums.

I need to make sure that I'm repeating the mantra easily?
If I focus on that it changes the nature of the meditation,
slower repetition, the mantra seems to go in sync with
breathing almost automatically. Some of my awareness is on breath.
The pronunciation is more like I - AM with much space between the I and AM

If I occasionally check the easiness of repetition when meditating isn't that just another thought, so I need to let go of it too?

The only focus should be in the I AM mantra and noticing when i'm off it and go back to it?

Hi Atena,

That is my understanding. That is all I do. Too simple, isn't it.

Best, yb.
