Has anyone heard of Acroyoga? I just went to an awesome yoga workshop yesterday where they did it for part of the time. It's really fun! Basically it's like a partner yoga but it's like you're in Cirque Du Soleil doing acrobats! My whole body was suspended in mid air by one person's feet and I was being twirled around- it was wild!
