Hi all,
Someone told me that they had not realised that not all of the AYP teachings are contained in the AYP Enlightenment Series books. The Enlightenment Series books contain most of the AYP teachings, but some things, such as the mantra enhancements are only contained in the Main Lessons and in the "Advanced Yoga Practices: Easy Lessons for Ecstatic Living" books Vol 1 and 2.
The first enhancement of the mantra, for example is discussed in lesson 116.
The Solar Centering Enhancement, and using Breathing Meditation as a method of self-pacing for people who are very sensitive to mantras, are also only discussed in the main lessons.
If you are new to AYP, be sure to read through the main lessons in order, as they are sequential, with more advanced practices and enhancements coming in the higher lessons. |

Is there a plan to update the books "Advanced Yoga Practices: Easy Lessons for Ecstatic Living" books Vol 1 and 2 to include all the current lesson addition found in the AYP Plus?
The two volumes seem to contain the lesson additions found on AYP Plus only up to the year 2015 or 2016.
I am asking because I will be spending some weeks offline on a retreat and it would have been great to have access there too to the full lessons.

Hi TensorTympani,
This is something that has been considered over the last few years. The multimedia content in the lesson additions have provided a number of logistical challenges, making it difficult to publish complete updates to the books. For now, the lesson additions continue to be available only in AYP Plus.
