I just started practicing Deep Meditation. The mantra appears in the beginning of the meditation and gradually disappears. Is this common? Should I try to continue to repeat the mantra? Thank-you.
Yes, this is common, expected, and easily remedied: when you realize you are off the mantra, gently favor it again. The simplicity of the practice makes it hard to “screw up”. Intervening thoughts are handled the same way (oh yeah AYAM) acknowledged and released from your attention. Godspeed!
