Hello Friends,

I'm offering one day AYP online retreat on March 28th, 2021. The topic is Exploring subtle body: mudras and bandhas.

Date: Sunday, March 28th, 2021

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)

Topic: Exploring subtle body: mudras and bandhas.

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:10 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama

2:30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m. Afternoon talk on Exploring subtle body: mudras and bandhas followed by questions and answers

Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
