ONLINE AYP RETREAT - Saturday, April 3rd 2021
ENLIVENING ECSTATIC CONDUCTIVITY: Mulabandha and Sambhavi Mudra
The retreat is suitable for all levels. There will be clear instructions so everybody could follow the practices, no experience needed.

Retreat Schedule (Eastern time):
10:00 am - 10:15 am Introduction, meeting and greeting
10:15 am - 12 noon Asanas, spinal breathing pranayama, deep meditation & samyama (guided practices)
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Asana, spinal breathing pranayama, deep meditation, & samyama
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm: Satsang: presentation "Enlivening Ecstatic Conductivity: Mulabandha and Sambhavi Mudra", questions and answers, open discussion
Suggested donation: $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
