welcome.

I am very interested in curiosity, does anyone know the details of this mahasamadhi?

"opening the skull vault in the 'perfect position".

In the "perfect position" I can guess that it is about the position of padmasana, but how to understand: opening the skull vault ?

Welcome to the forum, Nostalgico.

Opening the skull vault refers to opening the crown chakra, Sahasrara.

The "Perfect Pose" is an English translation for Siddhasana which is described in the AYP lesson 75: https://www.aypsite.org/75.html.

but, is the opening of the chakra going on in the course of a normal death or is it just this debauchery that collapses in mahasamadhi?

it can vary. you leave body through chakras. most would call this mahasamadhi. but thats not right. you can exit body have it die and still need to return. mahasamadhi is the last exit. everything dissolves. the prana body as well
