my rudra granthi is pierced and have had a brief samadhi and also some withdraw from the senses but how do i completely remove any mental blockage or granthi residue? another thing is i want to know how to clean up the energy blockage that is causing psychic interference such as thought broadcasting? i am told by my teacher to increase the energy but was wandering if anyone else has any ideas?
