I use a nice multi-event timer:
CDN PT1A Digital Timer/Clock
You can pre-set up to 4 different times, and use them singly or in combination.
I got it on Amazon, but I'm sure they're available elsewhere.

Hi thanks for sharing,
I use Seconds Pro, the mobile phone app. You can set as many intervals as you want.

I use Zazen Meditation timer on my phone. Works great.
