I am new here. Getting a little lost on what is the best place, the best exercise to start with, which meditation, or which practice is a good place to begin.
I have experience meditating but want to learn what to do to understand my energy centers, where are they, how to activate them, what to be mindful of, etc....
Any guidance on this site is greatly appreciated! |

the best practice to start with is Deep Meditation

later on ,when your meditation practice is stable you can add Spinal Breathing Pranayama

as for understanding energy centers, check this lesson

as it is clearly explained we do not focus on energy centers ,cause it is a distraction , we just enjoy our practices then everything will follow naturally

It is best to start with lesson one, and work up to the suggestions given above.
They are easy to read, and you will get to lesson 13 quickly.
