Hi there,
I've been practicing AYP for around 2.5 years now and there were lot of different kriyas showing up, but I'd like to ask about one of them now.
For long time (~6 months) any significant energy movement towards the head caused intense, fast head-turning left and right. It was as if energy was stuck at some point and head turning had some role in making progress.
I had some theories about the role of this movement, for instance: - massaging/losening some organ in the head (after some time when things went lose inside head, I could hear click-clacking sound
- eliminating spatial identification of 'being in the head' by disturbing the sense of space
- I sometimes thought that the movement doesn't have any role and that it's just a sign of energy blockage that I can't deal with by relaxing enough or so
Recently however something new showed up, which I think is replacing the role of the head-turning movement. After some progress during meditation session (lot of energy going upwards) kundalini is making me to do something similar to straining muscles, but inside my head, that creates perceived noise that resembles strong wind or gas stove burning. I remember that I could do this head 'straining' or 'tensing' when I was a kid, but I head no idea what is it for,. It's as if one were saing 'AAAA' with top-back part of the head, or as if electricity were flowing through whole brain (I don't feel any shocks, just the noise). It's strange (but not really intense) and seems to be a bit tiresome after a while.
The reason I'm asking about it is that with some kriyas, knowing their proper form helps to make progress faster, otherwise it takes a long time and many meditation sessions to 'feel' the proper movement/progression. Kundalini is 'suggesting' some movements, but sometimes it's very imprecise and blind-trying many variations feels frustrating, as if we desired very strongly to do something, but we don't know why. Maybe there's some understanding about this particular behaviour that would help me push it forward.
Any feedback on similar experiences will be much appreciated!
Thank you, E. |
