After months and months of sadhana and trying to get into kechari stage 2 tonight it finally happened. the past few days have been filled with very intense bhakti towards the mudra. i was starting to worry i might never get my tongue up into there due to my genetics. but ah ha with the help of my finger it just slip in, the first thought that crossed my mind was "was that it?" then i pushed it back in and atlast-stage 2.
